I am glad to announce that the Kenya BPO Society has unveiled a discounted medical cover for the Industry. This is part of the Kenya BPO and Contact Center Society's strategic plan in creating a sustainable BPO/ITES industry in Kenya that rivals established destinations such India, Philippines, South Africa, etc.
Kenya, now, has the right ingredients (policies, attitudes, capacity, etc) that will attract clients from key markets to the region and in the coming months, the society will be unveiling trend setting products and services that will truly propel the industry to the next level.
